This is not my car but I am planning to make a kit for LED Conversions to replace all the stock old LED bulbs.
This kit will include--
-All Leds for the interior of the car.
-Resistors
-Solder
-Soldering Iron
-Epoxy
And how to install the kit.

Yes this is a do it yourself kit which is a lot different. The write up will walk you through the process. Appreciate the support.
Definitely interested depending on price. Shouldnt be bad right? Could you please offer a kit with only LEDs and Resistors, as I have solder and an iron.
The idea is to supply everything you need to make it happen, so the customer will be able to read the manual and start installing the kit. You can always throw away the Solder and Iron. :)Quote:

Yeah of course, I may not include the solder and iron all together if that is what everyone feels.
When I get the ball rolling I will send you LEDs and Resistors and a complete installation manual. I will be installing this on my friends spyder who has all his stock leds in tact to do a great write up.
The manual will show a person who has no electrical experience how to install the lights with out any hiccups or problems.
The price is going to be around $100 but not confirmed.

Sounds like an awesome idea. I hate the stock orange and want new dash lights so bad, but I don't want the hassle of pulling the dash to get to the center guages.
Going to have to pull the dash if you ever want to replace anything regarding those stock gauge lights. ;)
Dont have to :). Ive done it on my 91. And I know Ive read you dont have to on a 2gen(pull airbag and glovebox). All I did was pull the center vent, glovebox, and the center vent duct(which is a major beotch getting back in.). And I pulled them out through the center vent. Then put prosport 52mm in with the visor, they fit snug....I know I know, prosport sucks :). Im getting new ones. 60mm. Id rather have them sitting farther forwardQuote:

Most of the stuff can be done with out removing your dash, pretty much everything except your gauges. The gauges can be done without pulling the dash on a second gen. I know there is some shops that will change your gauge faceplates for you to a different led that requires no soldering, my friend paid about 300 dollars for it to be done and you can install the rest yourself with out removing the dash.
Dont have to pull dash on first gen. Done it. Pull the vent, vent duct, and glove box. Pull out through vent hole.
You might as well go ahead and remove the dash, and while you have it out... Replace those broken vent covers. LOL
lol heeyyy wait a min how ya know i had broken dash vents heheh (extreme sarcasisim) and why in hell couldnt they make em not to crack like they do... i can see one in a few here n there but battin 90% failure rate is pretty bad .. lol do they make some sorta replacements? also one other thing whats that disk in the dash vent passenger side .. a temp sensor of some sort ? and 300 sure dont sound too bad to have some professionals do my shit up in leds! would deffinately love to get some mild led rings on the center gauges and on the speedo/ tach .. was sorta thinking some door sills that dimmly lit up stealth would be wicked ... ? well would atleast like to getting the leds done would tide me over for awhile..

We plan to install the first set on a spyder and take some nice quality photos. I have already installed some one offs on some random door switches. Can't wait to show it off. :D
interested if i don't have to do the work--and it comes in UV...or better yet...allows for color change with the press of a button.
That would be bloody awesome but nearly impossible/expensive :D. Haha LED's can only be one color from what I know. Unless theyve made ones that change? So youd have to have 2 seperate circuits with 2 LED's in each spot :)Quote:
