Boss from the towing company is coming to look at it tomorrow, from the way they are talking it looks like this might get messy. I wish I had a lift so I can look under the car and see if there is any damage, really bad time for my car to stop running and me be out of money.

talked to the guy today he refused to give me his business insurance.
i'd say check into small claims court. you have pics. if you have at least 1 other witness, that will help.
anyone and EVERYONE will attempt to fuck you if they think you have no recourse. this includes everything from 3/s vendors to semi-drivers.
i've learned to carry extensive records on everything, to keep lots of documentation, and to ALWAYS carry full-coverage--if you actually care about the vehicle you're driving.
POPD auto insurance loosely translated means, "please fuck me in the ass without lubricant if my car is damaged by another party, and they decide to be a dick about it."
I would guess they are a member with the BBB or AAA, worth pursuing the company through those channels as well.

Well hes agreeing to fix it, so i'm just gonna cut my losses and have him fix it on his terms. Hes gonna give me a list of 6 different body shops to choose from. I don't have any documentation of them even towing my car and my only witness is my girlfriend which wont mean shit in court.
Ahh, that's different then. The way you put put it, I thought he was simply telling you to pound sand. He just doesn't want a claim on his insurance. I don't have a problem with that, but I'd get something in writing that it is to be fixed to your satisfaction, a time frame, blah blah blah.
