Playstation Move

I bought a Playstation Move from walmart for like 110.00.. brought it home and tried to play it and it was messed up.. I took it back to walmart but because the game was opened they wouldn't give me a refund they'd only swap it for a new one.. I swapped it for a brand new Playstation Move and I haven't even played it since I got it.. They're like 110.00 with tax and I'm looking for get as close to 100.00 as possible.. (This would be an awesome christmas present!) Like a Wii but its for the playstation.. I might even take a trade for something vehicle or baby related if its something worth it.. LMK

Wild,

I would just do that. I don't think that I would fully enjoy the move with the physical limitations in my right arm.

yea, thats what I was thinking, screw it, give me a new one and i'll return it! but they whipped out a box cutter and opened it in front of me.. I was mad.. lol

Haha, it looks fun! They have some awesome games coming out for it, including some FPS's if I have seen correctly.. I just don't have enough money to buy all the stuff I'd need and games

Have you at least tested this one out? I it was messed up to you could use that as an argument for returning and not exchanging?

naw, they're saying its like a federal law that they cant take back any games/movies/cds because people can buy em and either burn em, or play em then return em when they're done.. so because I have bought it like 6 hours before and opened the game I couldn't get a refund.. I'll plug it in if the buyer wants me to confirm it works though..
