Was going to jack in the box(west coast fast food) 2 secs away from my work and I noticed this. So wish my car had good turbos right now. :D

Wow thats some expensive E-85, we float around 2.20 -2.50 all year.
Ya ours is 2.20 :D
I wish we had Jack in the Box round these parts :(
Do you think that High or Low? Ethanol (e85) is $2.02 a gallon here usually. But it is on the rise. I couldnt believe my eyes when I seen $2.45 at a meijer the other day for e85. Kroger still has it for 2.26 though.
Its 2.58 around here. I wouldn't run it even if I could. The rarity of it in thie area is one factor, and the fact that sure you can make more power and its cheap, you also get much less fuel mileage out of it so it saves you nothing.
We dont drive fucking Honda Insights, gas mileage is probably not even on the top 10 for my concerns for driving this platform.
For most of us these cars are a hobby and I at least, could justify spending a bit more money every year on fuel for the sake of my hobby.
If there was more than 4 (YES FOUR) E-85 pumps in WA state I would probably run it and run 20 psi on my 9b's.
Is there an "Arnold" tax on your gas? :D
Damn expensive.
E85 is everywhere near me. Close to 30 stations within 40 miles. I'm still not about to mess with it. I have enough problems the way it is!
I dont care about gas mileage :D. I care about POWA.
Some info for ya! Where in WA are you?

It will save your engine in a turbo car at 30 psi. And if you compare it to a comparable race fuel, it's 5x cheaper. The mileage/price difference between premium unleaded, and e85 make miles/dollar about the same. I would drive 2 hours with drums to fill before i gave up 150+ whp. Every turbo car i've had since 2004 has run e85. Out here in the heat, it's the difference between running 18 psi, and 35 psi. My dsm with a 20g on e85 would pull on 35r setups running 91 octane.
Yeah, I have to make the decision for my build coming up. There are a lot in the Portland SW WA area though.
I would run it if they had it here, I already have bigger injectors and a SAFC, sucks balls, there is a E-85 pump on base but its only for Government vehicles with the special orange key. Hmm I should send the base commander an e-mail seeing if it would be cool for me to use it! lol
Never know!
