Help me decide what would fit best for this build.

Hey guys I have been getting my TT engine built over the last few months and I need some input on what to go with mostly for fuel/electronics tuning. I want to have 425HP to the wheels. Here is the Hardware so far

Engine Block:
2 Bolt block
forged crankshaft
WPC treated bearings
Sealed power rings
Stock Pistons/Rods

Heads:
Slightly ported/ polished heads(mostly removed casting flaws to smooth out runners)
Stock valves/ springs
Stock 91 cams
GZP preset cam gears

Exhaust:
Ported stock manifolds(mostly rear manifold)
Gutted precats
Faberge down pipe-need to purchase

Turbos/ IC/cooling:
DR650's (the ones with MHI wheels, not Hitachi)
DSM SMIC's (the larger of the two sizes)
1G copper radiator- (need to find one, my na radiator is having trouble keeping the engine cool with AWD now lol)


ECU:Flash ECU and maybe a blackstealth boost controller.
Things I need to figure out what to run

Fuel:
EVO 580cc Inj or 700cc inj?
GM maf or Montero Maf?
AEM honda FPR or Fuel lab FPR?

Anything else I am forgetting please advise.

Clutch, and pump or e85?

Not really worried about the clutch right now, but Im thinking RPS Street disc. Running 93 probably. There is a station that is 1 mile from my house with E85 though....

I would probably look into an aftermarket cat back. There's options on ebay(M2) that don't cost much of anything. Other than that, the list looks pretty solid.

The Montero maf will save having to buy a maft, and the 580cc should be plenty I would think for 93.

X2 on the M2. It is cheap ,and made well.

Since you said "maybe". I highly recommend the BlackStealth LCDBC. Easily in my top 5 favorite mods.

So Montero Maf and evo 580cc injectors. What about the FPR? Is that just a preference thing at that point?

Ive got a TT FPR, but from my understanding the N/A FPR runs at a higher pressure than the TT one. Would I be fine running a N/a one or should I use the TT one?

It really doesn't matter. You ought to be able to tune either. Assuming the na one can flow as much.

They both will reference boost as far as I know. Wouldn't hurt to test this.

You should get an adjustable FPR and you probably won't need anything more than 450cc injectors. Speak to xwire and he will set you straight. 95gto runs 550cc's in his DR650 car but he doesn't need all that fuel if I remember correctly.

As stated, Montero MAF eliminates the need for the MAFT that you'd need to use with the GM MAF.

As far as FPR, both are great options. It really comes down to aesthetics and where you want to mount the thing.

no need to go bigger than the 580s for 425hp to the wheels, you might even be able to get away with the smaller ones as already stated.

and +1 for the M2 exhaust. it's cheap, well made and lots of users have it (including myself).

Also arn't the EVO and Montero MAF the same? Well at least the same for the result that we are trying to achieve with the 3S?

They are not. You need to buy, or wire the connector, and convert from the oval bubble to the round maf.

I can re pin it ? Just use stealth connector ?

There is a guy who makes conversion harnesses but I don't remember who or what forum. Unfortunately I lost the link. Was like 20 bucks or so I think.

Last I checked with Brett he wouldn't sell a wiring adapter by itself.
