From the letter it sounds like you won’t be able to stock up on it (unless if maybe you run buy it now).
BTW, can’t they just change the color of the fluid?
Unless I'm losing my mind, have not half the factory fill fluids in the last 15 years been green...? How long has this law been in effect? Something new and even more stupid than usual?

Honestly this doesn't change anything. So there will be a few guys who will have to over flush a bit now without using color. Everybody that uses super blue uses typ200.
I just switched to Motul 660.
And I couldn't ever get the Super Blue and it looks like they'd be asking for stock back anyways so unfortunately I can't hide away a bunch for you guys. :p

As an added thought: Why should a company be responsible for people being stupid? If the color of a fluid is what tells someone where it goes, then they probably have no business touching their car.
this is america, land of the lawyers. you'll note nowhere in europe has a similar law.
Looks like Amazon and raceshopper took down their listings already. I ordered a case on racerpartswholesale, i hope it ships.
