2015 3S National Gathering Mega Thread
All of the information you need(that we've released) in one place. This thread will be updated as information is finalized.
What: The 3000GT/Stealth National Gathering is the largest 3S specific event in the world. This is a full auto event not just a car show. We have 3 driving events (Drag Races, Autocross and Road Course), A Car show in a special location(we'll let you know soon). A T-Shirt created for the event. A Special discount rate on hotel . And an awards banquet to top it off. We've also got a huge raffle with prizes from all sponsors and several smaller events.

Tuesday, June 23rd
- 1-3pm: Registration at Official Hotel
- 5pm: Gates open for Drag Racing at Beech Bend Raceway
- 6pm: Drag Racing begins
- 7 – 9pm: Registration at Official Hotel
- 9:15pm: Welcome Meeting
Wednesday, June 24th
- 8am: Caravan assembles for Road Course Event
- 8:05am: Caravan departs for Road Course Event
- 8:15am: Required Driver’s Meeting and Tech Inspection
- 9am – 5:30pm: Road Course event at NCM, sponsored by Morgan’s Motorsports
- 5:30-7:30pm: Set-up for AutoCross event – volunteers needed!
- 7:30-8:30pm: Registration at Official Hotel
- 9pm: Welcome Meeting
Thursday, June 25th
- 7:30 – 8:00am: Event registration at Main Hotel
- 8:00am: Caravan assembles for AutoCross Event
- 8:15am: Caravan arrives for AutoCross Event
- 8:30am: Driver’s Walk-Through on course for AutoCross Event
- 9:30am – 5pm: AutoCross Event at NCM Skid Pad

- 8:10am: Gather at main hotel for caravan to Car Show
- 8:20am: Caravan leaves for Car Show
- 8:30-10:30am: Car Show Event, sponsored by 3000GT / Stealth / GTO Forum
- 6pm-9:30pm: Banquet at, sponsored by Four:40 Designs

We have not finalized pricing yet for 2015. These are the 2014 prices for reference. Road Course will be higher as we will be having a full day at the track not a half day.

Hotel rooms:
$69 per room.
Drag Race Helmet and Roll Bar requirements.
The dragstrip follows NHRA standards so this should apply

Road Course Track Day Insurance
NCM offers track day insurance for your car. HPDE INSURANCE
Steve found there is a setup issue when trying to get the insurance. We will check into that and post details when its ready.
