Makes some sense - I was born in Philly and I spent a bunch of time in Baltimore.

I don't know what's going on with that, other than they say they're getting slammed. I did it the long way with a screenshot, crop, and upload to hosting site. It absolutely nailed it if I look at the most red part, which is South-Western WV. That's exactly where I live.
