overheating bad head gasket?

Ok guys I have a couple of questions..n My 92 rttt been overheating for a wile.. I drive it for 15 min and star overheat... I been searching and changing coolant components I upgraded radiatior slims fans direct to the battery.. and also removed the thermost.. when start the car in cold I see bubbles and lil twisters coming from inside of the rad and then the coolant start to flow over ... after 20 min drive and some pulls my gauge temp go to around 250* and both rad hose feels hard full of pressure so I shut off immediately... any ideas? What can I check now..?

Slim fans are not an upgrade. The stock fans are 10 times better.

If you can't drive it at all without it over heating then yeah your gaskets are probably bad. When mine went bad I could drive it if I kept my foot out of it but once I did a couple pulls it would start to consistently overheat

Another question, are the fans wired properly?

Yes I have connected to the batt whit a relay and I turn on on cabin whit a switch... so I turn em on whenever I want whit no prob.. so there's another way to check if I have bad head gasket?

Ok thanx for the correction.. I change stocks fans b cuz when I upgraded my radiator the stock ones do not fit ..

Taking your t stat out lowers the boiling point of your coolant. It actually will overheat more often without it in. Second, get a good coolant funnel, and bleed the air out of your coolant system, because air will get trapped inside and heat up, and cause your car to overheat. Sounds like you didn't get all the air bled out when you swapped radiators

Also before you dive into changing head gaskets, there is a testing kit you can use. It tests your coolant for exhaust contamination, and will tell you if the gaskets need replacing

Ok is the same on NA 3s cuz on that one I flush my coolant every 6 months and I never have any problem when I refill whit new coolant.. ( no thermost) I Di the same whit this TT so ...

Yeah that's I gonna ask ... what about that test ? It's real simple and easy .. but thrustly ? I think yes ... what u think ?
