What to replace when installing injectors?

I am going to try to get around to install my injectors next week and I am wondering what all I should replace while I am doing it. The injectors come with new O-rings and my plenum gasket is a few years old.

Should I replace the plenum gasket? Should I replace the insulators?

Trying to save money where I can but I don't want to have to make 18 different orders/pay for shipping a million times either. I am just going to try to place an order through 3SX for everything I need (depending on their shipping charges).

The insulators are best to replace because they are a boost leak if they get dried out.

I've got to the point where it is easier just to replace the plenum gasket each time. felpro's are like $8 from the parts stores. You certainly don't HAVE to, but I just don't have the plenum off as much as I used to.

If I were you, I'd personally get all new injector insulators (MD087060) & the fuel injector sheets (MD614805). You said that the injectors already came with o-rings (#1465A188), so that should be all that you would need...If you order through Cherry Hill, prices are $4.71/ea for the sheets & $1.74/ea for the insulators (o-rings are $3.39/ea). If you use 3SE as the code at checkout, that should pretty much cover half or all of the S&H charges.

I'll probably just order one from Cherry Hill since I'm placing an order anyhow. I think I've only had the plenum off once or twice so probably worth it.

Yes, you'll need 6 of each...I was able to just check out my past orders to get you those part #'s as I am eventually swapping my injectors out, too.

Also, those prices are from a while ago, but I can't see them being too far off, if they've even changed at all.

It ended up being $60 shipped (I forgot to put in the coupon code :() for 6 of each of the insulators and a plenum gasket.
