you know if Brady had come out and said, "I told the guys to let a little bit of air out of them. I didn't think anything of it really. I made a mistake and I'm sorry it won't happen again.". all they MIGHT have gotten was a slap on the wrist. he could have avoided this whole thing.

edit: turns out there was a Murano with a Maybach emblem wedged into it that just so happens to be missing on Spikes car. I guess that would be cause for release. hit and run is a felony.
Last I read, they were trying to possibly tie him to a hit and run of a Nissan Murano. Said they were rear ended nearby by an unknown vehicle that fled. A Maybach damn sure stands out in a crowd though..
