The hyrdrogen peroxide used to clean cuts and gargle with is only 3%. Pure H2O2 will definitely kill you. I used an oxidizer in my swimming pool that was 27% hydrogen peroxide and if that just touched your skin it would actually burnt you.
And even the pure stuff you are buying is most likely only 35% Hydrogen Peroxide.
