Granny!! I don't think I have ever been so exhausted and sore since I started this journey as I am this week.... is it sadistic of me to want more ha ha. I started p90x2 this week because I can fairly confidently say I mastered p90x original as I was doing more reps etc than the hosts. P90x2 is kicking my ass...

Only 2lbs this week but I'm feeling the difference in my work clothes.
Continuing to walk as much as possible.
Keep at it karen !! By next ng you will be I'm better shape than me ;) I see no weight loss or gain any more which is frustrating. But notice veins along my mid section etc starting to show up.

I've stayed steady for about 4.5 weeks now. Better than continuing to go up. Have to wait to get the blood/med order situated, but am walking, weights and back to mostly veggies in the diet. RAWR!!

I honestly think I added too many carbs to my diet this week. I didn't eat junk food but things like beans and rice. I have better results with lean meats and fresh garden veggies.
I'm just glad we are all still here and haven't given up.

karen is the great instigator ;) we only wrestle left handed when i lose right :) see grany i try and limit my carb intake to rice and complex arbs like that seems to give me better energy levels and lean meats , i should take a pic of my fridge sometime right now their is 5 pounds chicken breast , 4 gallons milk, 2 pounds salmon and two cartons of eggs and a cluster of bananas and thats pretty much my weeks meals in a nutshell outside of rice and potatoes. the people at the grocery store ask me if i actually go through that much myself every week i laugh and say yes . ifs it doesnt go bad its not good for you !
