The wheels are Tenzo Tracers, 18x8.5 . They don't clear the 1G calipers so we're having to run a 1/4 in. wheel spacer in the front until we get our 2G brake swap done. The front wheels stick out just a bit in the front, so once we get those spacers off, they should sit pretty flush with the fender.

Tenzo's are nice. I bought mine for like $90 each, and weighing in at 18lbs, I can't complain. I would have liked them to be wider like 18 x 9 to run 265/35/18 instead of stock.

SSR GT2 knock offs, but I got tired of waiting for some for sale - and I won't be able to pry them away from jason's cold dead hands, when that happens, even when the 99 is long gone :)

Not a daily driver, it was that low before all the body and paint and was daily driven with a lip though and I never scraped. The roads here suck you just have to not drive like a jackass

Ding. I drove with my Stealth lowered to a tight two finger gap for 3.5 years and never had a problem with it.

I drove my GTO with a no finger gap all summer with zero issues, and the city I live in is pretty well famous for having terrible roads.

Yes, wheel gap disease will be dealt with this winter, at least for my car.

I went on a fun run Sat. with some friends, and I got destroyed by a C5 (red) and a C6 (yellow). However, in the looks department, being a 15yr car I still think it can hold it's own. Way better than a C3, C4 imo.

A couple of years ago on another fun run our 3s group ran into a Vette group. One of the older gentleman said in a couple of years that we 3s'ers would sell our cars to younger kids and move onto the Vette platform - I think he was on to something...I'll be testing the trickle down theory with my buddy on the yellow one.

In the mean time, I'm hoping the build for the VR-4 will be a little more competitive to these beasts...
