Our channel 19 is reporting that the Canton cop did the same thing on dashcam a year ago. So for those of you that are justifying his actions, you may bite the rest of us.

I watched the local news and his police union is making an attempt for an appeal to get him re hired. They said it could be up to a year long process. They are claiming he suffers from post tramatic stress disorder stemming from a traffic stop 8 years ago where a gun was involved. Sounds like BS to me
I'm pretty sure, if police officer cannot conduct himself properly (ie inappropriate language), you can refuse to talk to him and request assistance and supervision by other (real) officers. This, usually, puts them back in their place and most of the time they will just apologize to you as long as they don't have to report it.
