No, not yet.

It getting a 40 or 50 series flowmaster. I just haven't had time to do it.

About 80% done. The new black carpet should be in sometime next week, we'll finish dying the rest of the interior panels, we're leaving the back seats out for now... not sure what we're going to do about those yet. The power crossfire seats are fully functional, just need to tidy up the wiring.

I located a sport bumper, so, we'll be picking that up sometime next week as well... so the chrome will be going "bye-bye" shortly.

Still have to put the rear bumper on, and get in the bed caps, along with getting the rear window installed... and now a reverse problem just popped up...

We got the lights from eBay. You can get them from lmctruck, but they are more money.

The trans is usually the 1st thing to go in these

I'm talking with a place down in Alabama today to order up some upgraded trans parts for it. It will probably put me at their stage 3 Mega Viper trans lol. Where do they come up with these names?

Third time is a charm with this trans. We smoked 2 trans pumps on initial start up only to find out that the torque converter hub was machined wrong and pushed the converter into the trans causing the pump to kill itself. Now we just got the trans back with the 3rd new pump and the torque converter back from the machine shop so the hub is the right size now.

Since we switched to the sport bumper, I have to get yet another new grille and mounting bracket for the grille. I'm also getting some new door and tailgate handles in so the small things look nice. Then, it's just wiring in the seats and installing the rest of the interior.

Looking back at it now, there is no way in HELL I would do all this to a 96 Ram again. I could have easily had a 2003+ model year diesel dually for the cash I threw at this thing.

Looks like a fun project, I do have to comment on the previous statements about the truck. I had a simple equation back when I had one for work. Gas V10=gutless whore. You will be standing on it for sure.
