Well then, I'll leave this to the experts.
So I get the new main and thrust bearings yesterday thanks to Chris at Ninja Performance!!

Since everything was still apart it was pretty simple install. Cleaned off all the oil from the crank/girdle area, installed the new mains and checked clearances.

Pulled the girdle and mains, lubed them up, installed the thrust bearings and re-installed the girdle. Torqued it down to spec and then broke the main bolts free. Centered the thrust bearings by tapping the crank on both sides to center them out. Pulled out the dial gauge and checked the thrust movement at 4 different spots on the crank. 0-90-180-270 degrees all came in at .003" +/- .0005". Re-torques the main caps and added then bolted in the girdle stays and torqued them down. So everything is spot on where it is supposed to be.
I started cleaning the oil pan up last night and it was drying overnight. Need a light coat of paint as the wire brush I used took the paint off. I'll get a coat applied at lunch today since I'm working from home today....:p That should give it time to dry and I should have things buttoned up after work. The when My ECU gets here I can fire things back up!!
You're a machine!
Nice! Gonna feel nice once it's all buttoned up.
Almost 100% back together. Couple more things to button up, add fluids and the Stealth should be back running.

Spent most of the last couple days trying to get the car to start after getting the new bearings and ecu in the car, Had no injector pulse or spark. Found the CAS signal wire came loose from the ECU harness so I fixed that and had fuel, still no spark. Pulled the PTU and coil, checked them and all wiring. All good. Put it back together and it fires up..... WTF!!!
Now I have a loud tick coming from the rear bank which I'm assuming is another rocker fell off again due to the car sitting so long in the garage.... SO I have to pull the top rear apart to get that fixed once everything cools down. Pain in my ass this car is!!!!
I found a couple lash adjusters that were sloppy so I pulled and cleaned them out. Got the engine all back together and fired it up again. Purrs like a kitten. I let it run for a bit to get up to temp and then adjusted the idle. Video is of before adjusting the idle. Still have minor lifter tick that seems to be getting better. Seeing how the engine has sat with no oil circulation for the last month or so I can expect to have some tick in the lifters. I let it all run for about 10-15 checking for leaks and all looks good so far. I did notice TPS signal wire at the ECU is acting up again which I'll need to look into. I got the engine cooling down now to check fro leaks again and top off fluids. Then it will be time for road test!!

Road test completed! I put about 20 miles on the car on the back roads and highways. Running better than ever. In serious need of an alignment which I'll set up for next weekend "Lifetime Alignment at Firestone FTW!!".
Found out one of my front ECS struts has a bad wire inside the strut so my ECS is dead right now. So the ride was a little floaty at times. I know the one front one is stuck in medium mode and it looks to be the ground wire to the motor inside the strut is what went out. My ECS tester lights work so it's not a micro switch that went out. So I'll manually set the others to medium mode sometime this week while I track down a new front strut.
car is in serious need of a bath and detail which will be #1 on my list first chance I get.
I also found out that Tirerack has my Dunlop Direzza DZ101 tires on closeout special for $68.00 each so I picked up a set of 4 to keep them around. Two will go on as my fronts are way worn over what they should be. Rears have the DZ101 already on them from a couple years ago and still look brand new!
This warms my heart, glad to see it's back on the road.
When you say life time alignments at Firestone can they do a four wheel? I still have my rear steering and I've been trying to think where I should take it since the local Mits dealer is a little flaky.
