Industrial strength Velco, can hold 10LBS, that ECU is not going anywhere.
Why not be EXTRA sure and put a couple of large zip ties around the whole thing?

Added the need things to protect the wires from the sharp metal edge.
Then group up the alarm wires with cloth TESA tape, leaving the AUX channels easily accessible:
