that's just plain old bullshit. I'm no fan of basketball. in fact I can't stand it but the flopping in soccer is unparralleled. imo it's the biggest reason that sport gets no respect in the US.

It gets no respect in the US because there are several better, more exciting sports to watch.

nah. WATCH is relative. the USA would rather speculate about which HS prospects are going to somehow matter in the upcoming season of NCAA football. i don't farking get it.

and don't get me started on nascar either. nascar is to F1 what football is to soccer.

I disagree. nascar cars are not bigger, faster and stronger than F1 cars. maybe bigger but that's about it.well that and nascar sucks.

I wish I could dig it up but I remember an interview with some English Premier league player when he was asked about the football players when they were in London praticing for a game. he said something to the effect of, "I looked at these guys and thought zomg they're huge. then they started running and I was like, ZOMG they're fast to. HOLY SHIT!"
