Late to the thread. Started August 2010, and lost 85lbs in total somewhere by the middle of 2011.
Started with P90X at home, switched to crossfit.

In April I was 216lbs 26% body fat as of yesterday I'm 172lbs little under 19% body fat. I busted my ass and did the Shakeology diet.
