My data plan thanks you..after the holidays however, feel free to be a picture whore.
Always excited to see where these sorts of builds lead
Talked about getting back on it so I can actually drive it, instead of sit in it and make vroom vroom noises.
Got the one main thing I was looking for today in the mail.... My turbo's back from the shop getting balanced. They also cleaned everything on them, honed the bearings housings, and just did a superb job on them. I almost thought they sent me the wrong ones back. Got a week off for the holidays so I'll be working on getting everything all back together.

Holy Moly. Was removing the stock engine harness so I pulled the HVAC fan. These things get filthy! Checked out the other cars for comparison and it was identical. They also have a thin metal shield thingy in them that are prone to rust like everything else on our cars. I decided to take it apart and give it a good cleaning and then put a splash of rust prohibiting primer on as well. Yuck!

My tranny was rebuilt about 2 years ago (by chris hill),, recently i was getting a squealing sound from the tranny area. I had to drop my tranny replaced the throw out bearing (OEM), replaced fidanza flywheel insert, re tap the tranny mount screw holes, got a new starter. Everything installed. this is a new year time to hit 10s....
Scrubbed down the engine bay, It was nasty! Didn't take a specific "before" picture but you can get an idea with this older one, nasty stuff everywhere! Used purple power and some pretty stiff bristled brushes (used for cleaning wheels i assume) and scrubbed and scrubbed until it cleaned up.

Going to repaint the engine bay anyway but that's still no bueno.
