For those that are not following the CoopKill chrome thread I am all in pieces again. Checked everything looking for mistakes, and issues, and it looks like the culprit could be the preset cam gears. They are getting swapped back to oem hopefully tomorrow night. If not maybe Sunday. Not lost hope yet.
Current state of affairs...

So, for those not following. What issues have the preset gears presented?
-
They apparently do not like my setup, and the cam overlap may be causing my afr/loping issue. Will see.

Innnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnnteresting

Did you have the heads milled? If so, how much? It might have advanced or retarded the cams. And since you have them set differently than stock at +1 -3, it could be too awkward of a set up to run correctly with all of the timing adjustments combined.
-
Yeah, 005. Your statement seems to be the consensus. Machine shop did not provide the actual amount milled in writing. Only a verbal indication. So could be bullshit, and more was taken.

Sucks that it's really only a hypothesis you have to do a timing job to figure out if it is actually the problem. :(
I've had my heads milled multiple times. The machine shop never provided amount taken off and I never asked because it slipped my head. My cams don't line up 100% perfectly but it runs without a lope and pulls hard. Lol. It must be okay.

Just can't win huh?
Seems like I heard something negative about the preset gears. It may have been issues like this, but not sure. I was tempted at a group buy a while back, but didn't jump on it. I liked the simplicity of it ;)

We will soon see. It will not beat me!

One issue found. The tb tensioner was fully collapsed. Unsure if the is common? The belt was loose big time.
Looks like I will be making another order... :(
