Cool thanks for that. Thinking of buying some used evo 560's so this can come handy.

I would recommend replacing o-rings, pintle caps, and filter baskets, which I will be doing on these injectors as soon as they come in. Just to be thorough, as long as the spray pattern looks OK when you clean them.
Another note, clean them in both the reverse and standard fluid flow direction to ensure thorough cleaning.

Here is a good source for the full rebuild kits for the 450's: DSM 450cc Nikki Kit
Used their kits a couple times.
I do the same... I do prefer to limit the exposure time to the harsh chemicals, and finish the process by swapping the straw over to a can of WD40 for a a quick flush.
I also use an old incandescent headlamp bulb as an in line resistor so I don't overheat the injectors.
Was able to get out in the garage for a bit last night. Removed the brakes from the 2g and then put on possibly the sexiest wheels ever fitted to a 3s. No brakes = enough clearance for 14" wheels. Lower control arms almost hit them haha! Brakes are in good condition, just need to replace pads (even though they look new), clean up rotors, and then paint the calipers. When i went to remove them i found that the rear passenger caliper was only held on by one single loose bolt!!
Only have a couple of more things left to do and then the 2g can be rolled out and placed in 3s heaven. Will be nice to only have on car in the garage.
