It will be a little while before I go to mount it. My car is at my friends shop right now. He's repainting my rock chipped 99 bumper and hatch/99 wing.
Today I chased threads on the block. Lots of them. Pretty much every hole on the block is getting chased and cleaned, same with the trans as well, and most of the chassis pieces coated thus far.
Prepped Michelle's car for our road trip next week to see my newborn niece, and to go to Ninja Meat. Took her car to get estimates at a few places after she was rear ended a couple weeks ago. Prices ranged from $800-1500. Local shop that mixes paint told me $212 just for a pint of the correct color and clear coat.) Since we're not paying, would rather go with the place at the $1500 price point as they have excellent reviews online and through the local car scene. Rather make sure that everything is inspected and taken care of. If we owned the car, probably just pocket the check and fix the damage myself but not an option sadly.
After I get back from Ninja Meat, next day off will likely be spent coating the engine bay with the Master series so I can reinstall the front subframe pieces, which will then let me reinstall the front suspension and get the car back on all fours hopefully.
Inner tie rod extensions, shortened tie rod sleeves, revised steering arms, different dropdown bolts, and reverse threaded heims joint.

Steering arms. Need to clean them up and make them pretty but they are STOUT. Not worried about these beasts lol. Simplistic and effective.

Steering mounts had to be slightly offset but are on there! Will add bracing to the brackets when engine is back out

I paid mine off... I now own it free and clear.
People still loan money on these cars?
When I got the loan I had to put my truck up as collateral as well. Plus my bank is pretty lenient with me since I've borrowed and paid back around half a dozen car loans since I turned 16.
Well congrats on paying it off. It's always a great feeling to get rid of some debt.
