I understand in Australia, they have bass ackwards gun laws, but I'm still surprised the guy has not been run over multiple times. Pin the psycho between the two vehicles.
But as for the comments about Texas...yup. I say at least a quarter of all drivers are armed. That psycho would be taken out before long.
