Nice. I've got a manual rack in mine now too. Lots of turns lock to lock but it seems MUCH MUCH easier than a de-powered rack.
Yeah finally made it there for a bit. Going out of town Thursday (pond hockey tournament!!) so maybe next week i'll finish up the passenger side arm and maybe even get to the drivers side. Drivers side should be easy as it'll be a mirror image of something i've already made.
Welder arrives tomorrow. Very excited but no time to do anything this week unfortunately. Calculus test Friday, mom in town Sunday and then physics test early next week. Going to try to get some shit done though if I can.
Few surprises coming down the pipe that I'm keeping relatively under wraps as far as the car.
Oh and my computer I use to log is f-ed up. I need to try and get it fixed. My new lap top runs winblows 8.1 and I'm pretty sure the Evo Scan wont run on it.
The pump is hotwired so I guess I just need to work on the tune.Quote:
Will support up to 600+WHP when supplied with appropriate voltage.
Pump, injectors and turbos are all matched pretty well. I'd suspect tune before that. With the boost up, probably timing in that area is a bit much.
Are you using load based boost control with the LCDBC? Don't remember if it can do that
Its not that unusual to see some knock on pump gas, even on a previously good tune. You would have to tune really conservative to NEVER see any knock. If that knock count is repeatable I'd tune it out though.
LCDBC
I had it set to about 18psi but when it got cold it would boost over 20 and I'd get knock so I turned it down. I really need to figure out the computer situation so I can work on this. I might go back to my Greddy BC, it's seems to perform better than the LCDBC.
