Not really. Based on a 2000 calorie diet daily sodium intake is recommended at 2400 mg.
I jumped on the scales this morning again. Nothing new as usual.
In a strange way it took my thoughts off in another direction.
At best I can only hope to be more physically fit. The weight is here to stay. Nothing I do will budge the numbers.
Then as I continued to get ready for my day I realized that maybe I'm more comfortable in my own skin then I was aware.
My beauty regiment consists of brushing my hair and MAYBE putting on a light foundation.
A lot of days I don't put on no makeup at all.
I'm comfortable being me.
I've learned to accept the lines in my face and It has me thinking that maybe it's time to learn to love my curves as well.
Started using the new kettle bells we got at work. Man do those kick your ass. After just 45 mins of constant use, I am soreeee.
thats what matters karen! right now i feel more comfortable in my my body than i ever have , good to see two more people are working at it still. I am still barred from doign any lower body and pt three days a week right now.
Wish I had gotten in on this.... I weigh ~205 at 5'11", but I'm nowhere near the body fat percentage I was at when I got out of the police academy a couple of years ago...
yea this is no way a competition at this point, kind of a get some motivation, talk out problems you may be having with weight managment etc. on a side note put in dvd 1 of p90x yesterday and holy shit lol am i out of shape , i could do all the excersises except one where you have spred legs for balance , i kept up and did matching reps with them unassisted but man i was wooped. compared to last year this month when i started this im still a full blown athlete but three months ago i was keeping up and not running out of breath haha
also up to 80 degrees of motion and walking with a limp i can hide if i think when i walk but who am i kidding i hardly think any other time of day so usually you can see the limp , still getting pain when standing over 20 minutes and carrying more than 20 lbs when walking
