I rode the bike 3 of 5 days last week. The excuses come way to easy. I need more motivation from somewhere... :sad:
Something I'm sure a lot of you have seen, but for the ones who haven't and want to try something new. Watch the documentary/comedy/movie "Fathead". It focuses on the science of carbs and basically picks on "Supersize Me" and all the BS claims Morgan Sperlock made. Pretty enlightening.
For those of you that have smart phones you may get some use from this app. I love it!
