New 3si mods...?

Well, I'm curious as to why, after all these years, if GZP only has ONE outstanding problem that needs to be resolved... WHY THE HELL HAVEN'T YOU RESOLVED IT??? If it were me, I'd pay the guy for what he was owed and then some just to put it to bed. For the record, I think I only bought one minor thing from GZP and that was probably 7-8 years ago, I didn't have a problem.

But I can't count how many times we've heard the story that there's only ONE issue remaining. If that's the case, stop talking about it and take care of it, and maybe that person will post up about it in a positive light.

These. While issues need resolving, a PROFESSIONAL and ADULT manner should be used to do so. I have seen so much immaturity and lack of professionalism lately it makes me shake my head. Nothing gets resolved the way things have been handled, IMO (a professional opinion at that).
If you're gonna drag shit over here with you, keep all the name calling and snarky comments OUT of it--from everyone, not just those who are specifically involved (though we all are indirectly involved as a community).

We are resolving it. The guy doesn't want money, just the car completed. So, that's what we're doing. We appreciate your feedback and ideas, but we have a schedule here to keep and that's what we're trying to do.

not saying GZP is right; not saying GZP is wrong. but the "been in business for 10 years, we must be doing something right" excuse is lame. GT-Pro was around longer; and that logic didn't fly. Enron. Wa-Mu. you want me to keep going?

any business can keep itself going despite bad practices; but it's just a matter of time before customer unhappiness reaches critical mass. if the situation is being corrected--GREAT! however, it still doesn't legitimize the "we've been around xxx long, so we're doing alright".

i'm pretty sure it's a well known 3/s fact that hans is a genius in the shop and piss-poor with a business.

What "new rules" are you referring too?

I am not going to talk about any other mods but myself (they can explain themselves/actions), I cannot control what they do. I can express my opinion but that is it. I chose the classified because I wanted some rules to change. I didn't realize at the time I was going to inherit the GZP thing.

Let me make a few things clear, there is a GZP resolution center for people that have LEGITIMATE unresolved issues. According to what GZP has agreed to, they will rectify all unsolved issues regardless how old they are. Well, only one person has come forward. We can't go through 10 years of archives to find all the people that may have been wronged. There is a time frame on this resolution center, and if nobody else comes forward in this time frame allotted, then we have to (hate to this word) assume that all past issues have been resolved. So really it is up to the wronged GZP customers to come forward and speak about their situation. So, if you know anybody that is waiting on a resolution with GZP tell them to come forward please.

Let ME make something clear. I don't really care. All I did was express my opinion about what I have witnessed. I don't want to get caught in that drama though and I don't care what goes on there. I apologize I'd I gave the impression I did.
