Which black/blue wire did you tap to trigger the relay? You're supposed to tap the one on top of the fuel pump assembly. I have no idea if that's fed directly by the MFI relay.

Yeah,
I cant tap it on top of the assembly because of the fuel tank placement, however I did follow the wire from the mfi to my back seat then to right above the fuel tank so Iam thinking it was the same wire. I tested voltage at the MFI and then at right above the fuel tank and it was the same. I may have really screwed up though, its possible it wasnt the same wire. Grrr.
Ill definitely put the relay right above the fuel tank when I get this figured out. Im trying to find a good ECU to swap out. Seems like all the reasonable ones are 'no warranty no guarantees' so Id like to be sure before I spend that much on a stock part.
As per the diagram above you need to unplug the relay and unplug the ECU and use a multimeter to make sure the wires between pin 8 and 108 are fine, between pin 4 and pin 12 & 25, pin 10 should be a ground. Also check pin 110 on the ecu harness and make sure it's also earthed/grounded.
