Once again it's on my calendar, let's hope I can make it this time. 975 miles / 15 hours, should be manageable.
Awesome! I actually just drove past there last weekend going to a wedding. If I have time off school im going to try to come!
Nice! My old stomping grounds. I'm definitely racing next year.
Holley Performance is located there too. You could set up a tour if you want to see some old school manufacturing and dilapidated building hahaha.
16 hrs, 1000 miles. About the average NG drive for me.
500 miles, about an 8 hr drive. Might have to make this one. If I can quit starting new projects on the car, it might even be running good enough.
So here's how things look so far... I'm open to your comments, but please know that there are some things we don't have any control over, and none of this is set in stone just yet.
The schedule, as we're considering having it right now:
Tuesday night - Drags (won't know until Mid-January; whenever it is, it's out of my hands)
Wednesday - all-day road course
Thursday - all-day AutoX (with new timing equipment!)
Friday night - car show in Nashville (you could spend all day seeing the sites of Nashville, only one hour south of Bowling Green)
Saturday - a day of fun, banquet in the evening
There are a whole bunch of details I'm not adding just yet - you'll just have to wait to find out. :) Happy planning!! I have to say - this one is kinda fun to plan!
Putting Tuesday to good use will free up the rest of the week nicely. Guessing go karts Saturday?
From the phone.
