What did you do today to your 3/S?

I weighed it..corbeau seat bracket. Oh you know NVM...it was 7lbs..not 13..:p

The racetech head restraint seat I want is 12 lbs, my custom brackets are less than 10 because I don't use sliders for headroom, probably closer to 5. But a seat like that isn't really good for street use.

CF hood won't save you 50lbs either. Stock hood is 57lbs. CF and FG variants are in the mid 20's range. So a savings of about 25-30lbs. Total realistic savings of your list are closer to ~100lbs.

My carbon hood weighs 5.5 lbs without hinges or pins. Stock weighs 55lbs without hinges or shocks. It will be a 50lb savings when I eventually install using stock hinges but deleting shocks.

Thadd thats one of my things too. I dont want a hood unless it has 105% stock fitment. Probably why I wont ever get one :/

My B-stock hood was $750 shipped. Then another $100+ and labor (mine and Zach's) to install Aero-Catch hood pins.

Add $300+ to paint both sides of the hood...mine was Fiberglass, not carbon....
