Sorry to say, 2 strokes are dead in MX and SX Pro racing. Local racing however "250" class is now 125-250cc, doesn't matter if it's 2 or 4 stroke. I believe the "450" class still only allows up to 250cc 2 strokes. And "Open" class is anything over 125cc or more. Offroad is where the 2 strokes still shine though (KTM). In AZ there are 3 KTMs for every 1 other bike out at the races. But I also believe they are the only one (besides Yamaha) still making racing 2 strokes.

It's sad in my opinion. Only reason two strokes are being faded out is because they burn oil. It sure isn't because of performance.
