I sold some things on 3si, the guy said he never got them almost 5 months later. I talked to DPF about it and then the guy complained to DPF. DPF then told me that I needed to send the guy the part or send him another tracking number. The only thing I had left from the transaction was the bank statement showing I had been charged for shipping. I told DPF about everything yet still I was told to send them something. I went out and got another item, sent it to the guy. After I sent the item to the guy, I got a call back from UPS confirming they found the tracking number and that the guy had received the first item. So not only did the guy get the first item, but he got the second item also despite the original agreement the guy and I had. I lost out on the shipping and the item expense and from that day on, PM's from me and DPF where ignored
3si can be held accountable despite what their user agreement says, I had already talked to a lawyer about it months ago but never pursued it as I had a good job at the time and no time to fight it. Now, I work at home and have all the time in the world.
