So after swapping out to the poly rear diff bushings I checked my rear wheel bearings and the drivers side is going out. I should have just replaced both sides when my pass side went out 7 months ago. Car is sitting on jacks waiting for me to pull it apart tonight. New oem parts are coming in Wednesday, then Thursday it is time for some new tires!
if you do, let me know who you get to build your trans. right now, my car sits dead as a doornail...chiefly because i can't find a shop that will rebuild it...WITH MY PARTS. and buying one "pre-built" means that they weld the differential, which i don't want.Quote:

how much for labor? this is the one thing that's keeping my car sitting in a storage unit instead of having the rest of the mods installed & tuned.

De-greased the engine bay on my SL and installed some aftermarket wheels on the VR4. Some good ol classic 5zigen FN01R-Cs in 18x9.5 +35 :-P

Got new tires saturday then painted my rims gold again today. Its looking pretty good I think.
