What did you do today to your 3/S?

I'd be more interested in this. Any details/info/part numbers would be appreciated?

Installed an auto dimming mirror with temp and compass. still need to run the wires to the temp sensor but I have them down in the kick panel for now.

Also ordered the rest of the suspension parts needed to install all new ECS struts from Cherry Hill.

Which one did you get? I have the Mazda one I need to install.

I grabbed this one from an 03 Grand Prix. its the thicker unit with dual lines so it displays both temp and direction at the same time.

I will be making a write up as soon as I'm done with the last 2 mounts. In total it will cost around $55 for what I have done for all 4 mounts. I just need to make sure about the fitment on the front 2 bushings before I go around telling people it will work haha. Should be about 2-3 days and ill have the W/U done.

FWIW I have the CIPA 36500. Temperature and compass and PnP except you have to add the temp sensor wires in.

Too bad non of those mirrors where never amber light.

yeah, very easy to install just 5 wires (3 if you dont have a mirror with temp display). power, ground, 2 wires for the temp sensor, and then a reverse wire. the reverse undims the mirror when you put it in reverse. you can either tap into the reverse light wiring after the switch or just tap it into the ground wire (but then it doesnt undim in reverse). you can find access to the reverse wire in the passenger side kick panel and since I was running my wires down the passenger side a-pillar I went ahead and tapped into the reverse wire. works great.
