welded on my balance tube fittings, damn the front one is a tight fit with the way the ets pipe runs. I hope I can get the fan back in.
Just wanted to let everyone know, baking the lower throttle body (FIAV) in the oven did infact kill it. Car wanted to stall for the first 20 seconds and then proceeded to idle at 3k rpms, and I could only adjust it down to 2500 rpms. Swapped my spare FIAV on, used the same IAC, and it idled like a champ.
Found a little time to wire in my MAP sensor and adapter to the harness. Slowly but surely this thing will get going.

Sat I swapped in a rebuilt throttle body I finished after ruining a set of MILSPEC seals the first time around. :( I also pulled the engine and tranny off another car.
Installed my transfercase brace, and now I'm pricing out an output shaft & spool. A good and bad day.
Got my Sebring intake Plenum. I cut off the stock flange, and all of the EGR/sensor adaptors and will be welding it up shorty.
