I gained a total of 20 lbs, til I got my thyroid straightened out. On the new meds, I have lost 9 lbs since the first of Oct and many of the symptoms have lessened. I am still working on getting the right dosage for the thyroid and will keep at it, til I feel right. In the meantime, I will continue to lose the 11 lbs as well as the 10 I started out trying to lose. :D I think I might just do it by April!!
anyone else still working at this , weighed in at 215 tonight ! im stoked , fifteen pounds left to go , everyone is noticing the loss now and im down to a 36 pant instyead of the 40 i was at, also down to a l shirt in most brands but xl in sme
I have been working out after work and trying to cut my food portions in half. So progress will come.

Outstanding updates! I am still working on it. I have down a total of 13 lbs since getting my meds worked out and I have only been eating well. Once we work out pain relief for Chris, we'll start walking again.
Down from 210 to 189 in just a month. Cardio everyday, eating smaller portions, not drinking beer(down from probably 100 beers a week).
LOL I think limiting the beer intake would have been.enough , but good reports everyone !,

I really thought I would feel healthier and have more energy...but I really dont. kind of disapointing but I will keep trying
