Stole one from UGA today. Welcome home, Shaquery Wilson

:lmao: ^
He's a WR. UGA wanted him to play defense, or be an athlete. Not too difficult to sell a 6'3" 190 WR on Dana Holgorsen's offense over playing defense. :p

EDIT - Although, he did still have an official planned for Florida, but cancelled it after going to WVU and is no longer interested in any other school. *Just* a 3 star, but I'm proud of our recruiters getting the flip over a program like UGA.
I don't put much stock in recruiting stars. Seems half the time the five stars end up being complete busts anyhow.
A three star player who fits a system is a much better pick up than a five star who has to have the system changed for him
Neither do I, but there's always that 1 guy that counters with "Yeah, but he's only a 3 star..."
WVU rarely gets even a 4 star, and has cranked out some damn good players over the years. We have one 5 star on our current roster, Rushel Shell. And that's the 1st one since Jason Gwaltney in 05, who turned out to be a massive bust.

we are literally the best at doing literally nothing with 4 and 5 star recruits. we're literally the only team in the last 10 years to not win a National Championship with our roster having 51% or better 4 star recruits. could be 3 star but either way. 10-3 and our coach gets a raise. just wtf
Anyone need a QB? With this kids talent and grades, he should pretty much be naming any school in the country to play for.

Easton Bruere should be having the time of his life right now.
He just finished his senior season as quarterback at Rio Rancho (New Mexico) High School by leading it to a 13-0 record and a 6A state title.
According to MaxPreps, Easton threw for 4,567 yards and 49 touchdowns with only six interceptions this season. In the process, he became the state's all-time leader in passing yards.
Easton should be getting ready to enjoy his final semester of high school before heading off to college to resume his playing career.
But there's one small problem.
He has zero scholarship offers less than a week before national signing day.
