Make sure to remove the baffles in the valve cover and clean it.

I'm pretty sure ABM is using one of them on a jet-ski

lol.. now why would i do that after powder coat ??

Whenever I powdercoat valve covers, I make damn sure I don't get anything down there in the first place

Why would anything get "down there" dont know how you guys powder coat.. but everything is packed and every hole is blocked.
