What did you do today to your 3/S?

yeah the first time to install them is hard, but the next time is easy because they align after a while.

You can move the pin around with a vice or hammer to make it line up better. They just don't pay attention during assembly, they need a better jig.

I had to fight a quite a bit with the drivers side mount when I installed my 3SX poly mounts.

I think it is not true that stock mounts are centered. I pulled my stock mounts out and measured the center pin locations and noted that the trans mount and upper mount are indeed off center on the stock mounts. I ordered poly inserts from 3SX and had them installed and clocked to the same positions as the stock mounts had. What I found was the actual distances from center were slightly off from the stockers but not too much. Now if 3SX didn't clock their assembled mounts properly then that is on them. My picture shows how they should be clocked. The trans mount hole should be offset higher and the upper mount hole should be offset lower.

Wait, WTF happened to your front turbo?

I just got a couple more parts & have some more on their way...This weekend I'm going to polish up the T-stat cover for the final time & install that, drop the rear turbo back on/bolted down, & try to get the rear valve cover powder-coated to see if I'm going to like it then go from there.

Oil return gasket started spewing. Only way I could get to it was to pull the turbo.

Mine looked like above also. Ones I removed appeared to be centered. I'll look closer next time I'm in the garage.
Finished putting intake back together. Installed new intake hard pipes. Had to add ports for charcoal canister and boost solenoid. For some reason these didn't have them. Started the car. So far so good.
