Dammit, this is going to drive me nuts! That song Steve is awesome. The version I can't find did the same thing in that she wrote vocals over the original score with such a haunting, sultry voice it brought tears/chills.
I found the English translation of the Italian version above, but do not think they are the same lyrics.
