What inperfect is talking about is the southern accent. Much like here in the USA, in Germany, the southerners speak the language incorrectly. Similar to how (in Germany) the southerners will often pronounce "zig" as zish.

Some people in the deeper southern parts pronouce it with a deesh. But, saying it is pronounced deesh is like saying hardcore southern slang is the "proper way" to say it.

This will be my last post on this as you are wrong. My grandparents are also first generation Germans and I've taken German lessons for years. As far as languages go (and I would assume you'd know this, guess not) just because two letters are pronounced a certain way in one word, does not mean they are pronounced the same in another word. It is deek, not deesh. Sorry, you are wrong. Moving on to the topic at hand.
