The 3.5 is worth it for the sound alone, getting to hear two cars with the same exhausts, 1 a 3L and 1 and 3.5, the 3.5 sounds just boss as hell and the 3L sounds weak in comparison.
I will be very curious if you have the stock knock sensor calibration issues Todd is having with his car. Stroker is noisier than a 3L and we've yet to make any decent power with the car on the new engine. Makes around 400awhp/torque right now(which is slow as shit btw) drowned in fuel/meth to keep the engine quiet enough to keep the timing from getting yanked and making even less power(makes more but power just skydives when the timing gets pulled due to wha the ecu thinks is knock)

Jason, what are you guys running for engine management?

Shouldn't be a huge problem with chrome, but I am also curious.

You guys have not adjusted the knock tables?

Ray tried messing with it to no avail..but next time we head to Rays, Greg is also going(thats the plan anyway) to see if he can make it work. Ray may not have been adjusting the right table, or the table correctly(enough).

Looking forward to the outcome. I'll let know how noisy mine is. Since I'm on e85 it should all be phantom knock.

yeah, thats the only one i know of...
The car was quiet on the stock 3L engines at up to 30psi with ~11:1 AFR(93+75%M/25%w), running mid 10's now with 1k cc's of PURE meth, no timing and no power to keep from getting enough noise where the stock ecu yanks timing and kills power.
I rrrreally hope you dont run into any issues with this also Chris. Greg is very confident it can be resolved with a few key strokes though.

There is a non oem one out there that will randomly bounce 8-9 counts knock new. Just checking to be sure you don't have it. Ask me how I know. There has been at least 2 people that have had this.
