as long as it comes with a border so i can stitch it on, i'm good with that.

Knowing how cafepress works its probably a transfer.

You find someone to do a one off patch and I'll do what I can to work with them to get it done.

yeah, transfer is no good for me. i thought you might have meant a conventional patch with a glue-backing....which is fine. let me see what i can come up with.

looks like finding someone to do 1-off is going to be difficult. need to order in bulk.
