Nice!.....
It was an absolutely gorgeous fall day today so we decided to take the top off and do a good shakedown drive. Put about 80 miles on the car and the only issue I had was blowing the vacuum lines of my boost controller solenoid twice. A few extra zip ties should take care of that. I think I may end up wrapping the downpipe as it runs very close to one of the coolants lines. I have the line wrapped and shielded, but I think wrapping the DP will be a permanent solution.
Here's a pretty worthless video shot from my still camera. The top was off so the wind noise pretty much drowns everything out. The one attempt at a driveby video was a failure LOL... I blew the line off my wastegate solenoid on the 1-2 shift which resulted in 8psi and all you can really hear is the wind...

I'll get some better video when I've got something of quality worth sharing.
Beautiful! You've gotta love those stock supra pumps :)
Sheesh, I have a friend who has a supra that looks just like yours... He needs to take some lessons from you... He's somewhere in the mid 400 range... AemV1... Gt4202... 1000cc injectors...Greddy 4row FMIC..twin walbros... Etc... Gotta find a better tuner :) your car is sick
Veryy nicee :). The car sounds good. Way to sequel the tires into second :)
Here's another crappy video just messing around:

Took the Supra to the track yesterday for the first time since going single. Still on the bone stock original fuel system, so I'm limited to only 17psi at the moment. Anymore boost and the A/F's start creeping into the 12's uncorrected. I could have pushed a little more, but I always err on the side of caution.
Pertinent mods:
RPS Turbo kit w/ ITS T72
HKS Carbon Ti catback
GReddy 3-row FMIC
Gforce ECU
VPC/SAFCII w/ A chip (all zero'd out - no correction)
Spec twin disk clutch
TRD engine & tranny mounts
Titan diff ear mounts (only the upper part currently)
MT Drag radials
I really went for the fun of it and wasn't expecting much in the way of ET's. As I expected the track was like an ice skating rink. 6sp + drag radials is typically a Supra cardinal sin due to the propensity to wheelhop and break driveshafts and diffs, but I have adjusted my launch technique to eliminate wheel hop at the expense of 60'. Worked pretty well for me when I was BPU -- I was cutting 1.7 60's with a gentle slip. Unfortunately the track wasn't cooperating yesterday, but I was more interested in MPH.
Each run I put a little more heat in the tires and got a little more aggressive with the launch -- no wheel hop at all. On the last my Jared (stealthlabel) hopped in the car and rode along..! No tech, no helmets and ride alongs -- gotta love the south! :bigthumb: The extra weight helped my 60' but I lost a little MPH.

Overall, I'm stoked at 125MPH at only 17psi! Next up is fuel mods, TRD diff, driveshaft and a real tire. The car should be a beastly at 28-30psi. Looking forward to 10's in the spring. Cams and a few other odds and ends then maybe 9's...?
lol thats nuts.
Here's in the in-car video of the last run:
