Mounted ac compressor, alternator, radiator. Fought with the driver side intercooler some more and I can actually get the pipes on now :)
Fought with the oil cooler and lines for a bit. Will NOT fit any possible way in there with the SMIC, so I'm working on mounting it up front.
Worked on some home made brackets for my monstrous fan, lol. Had to trim the shroud up a bit on it also. But now both fans will fit.
Well I....
Installed Tein S-tech lowering springs
Re set front alignment
Rotated tires
Stripped + painted all 4 brake calipers
Stripped Painted Struts/shocks + parts
Installed Ninja Performance Solid Tensioner.
Installed new Alt/Ac + PWS belts
Changed Engine Oil + Filter
Changed Transmission Gear Oil
Changed Transfercase Gear Oil
Adjusted ignition timing.
Inspected motor mounts (2 bad ones)
Mounted Oil Psi Gauge.
3SX Cam Locks, are pretty great tools....except for they are really hard to get in....especially the rear.
damn, busy day for you too eh?
switched to e85. very painless. I scaled my injector size by taking it times .7 and the car is perfectly driveable with just that change.
idle is almost perfect, mid is about 20% rich, and high to WOT is about where it was on gasoline. should be easy to make perfect.
Swapped out my drive shaft, rear diff, and axles (Thanks Anyonebutme!). Found out my pass rear wheel bearing was shot so 1AM ordered the inner and outer rear bearings from cherry hill. I got the hub out with a mini sledge and didn't damage any threads!! Now she is sitting in the driveway on jackstands for a few days.... )=
