I looked at LC9's for a while. I have never even shot one I don't believe, but they are nice little guns. I continue to punish myself with double stack ccw's. :p I have been going to the range more after work. Don't want to fall out of practice. :D Did 100 rounds through my USP .40 along with some .357 mag shooting today.
Come on. Pics or it never happened...
Well then. Hiya. Just picked up my first 1911 .45. Wanted one for a while. Been waiting to find a name brand under 500$. kimber. charles daily. colt. S&W. les baer. wilson combat. HA.. Came across a Taurus PT1911 for 425$ showing almost no wear on the ramp.. waiting on my 72 hours this weekend to pick her up sunday. cant wait.
the last .45 i shot was a TLE II. and was amazed at the trigger. so smooth and light. the gun went off before i could tense my old hands enough to come off target. This new little guy with come home sunday. get a full detail strip. rebuilt and next week it will eat 200+ rounds of 230Gr ball. just to check for FTF, and other jams. I havent decided on a protection round for it. most likely will go with a hornandy 185gr ACP+P. Picks to follow. It will find it self a place in the home.
