Tuning my DR750s on Chrome

All squared away with Ray. I'm hoping the trucking guys can pick it up sometime next week.

Engine Specs:

1)Stroker based off 6G74 forged crankshaft
2)BC Forged Rods
3)92mm Ross / Pampena Custom Stroker Pistons
4)Cylinder heads stock, but rebuilt by Rays shop

I don't know what wrist pins he used, presumably the tool steel ones he has with that piston set. Should be a hair over 3.4 liters. If I had the cash I would've got the head lift fix and a port/oversize valve job, but you gotta stop somewhere. I think it will be a good match for the capabilities of the DR750s. By the time heads/cams would help the turbos would be about out of flow.

Wow, that's going to be a powerhouse!

should be easy to drive lazily. 15 PSI around 2500 RPM maybe? Its going to make torque if nothing else.

You really deserve cred for not giving up and instead pushing on even harder with this build. :thumbup2:

Yeah, I've been taking my time on that too. I'm baselining everything at this point. Decided to run compression test while all my plugs are out. Old plugs looked fine but I was getting detonation at 14 PSI with the stock heat range 6

Is this small frame turbo specific (td04/05) because of intake temps and backpressure when cranked up or does it apply to larger frame turbo setups as well.
