So. I am in for whatever we are doing here.
Just weighed myself after lunch,
I am 245lbs 6'1''.
My goal is to get back down to 200lbs or below.
I rarely drink soda's, I drink alot of water and if I don't have water then I drink either Gatorade or unsweet tea. My eating habits are more than likely my big issue here. And the fact that I love bread and peanut butter.
I need to find something consistent. I don't care about building muscle as I honestly have alot of muscle. I just want to burn my fat and get back down to the right size. My gut is a horrible situation.

Preliminary test results in....have an idea what's going on now. Go for follow up tests tomorrow. So good to have an idea. More later, when I know more concrete info.

Why is it that when you are not feeling well you think that ohhhh.... Something like a snickers ice cream bar will fix you right up! Lol
checkign in again 238 ish still eating good (weekends are not my friend ) keeping up with the workouts ect, right now think im exchanging fat for muscle so hoping the running helps this out after the first coupld weeks
Started 4 weeks ago at 194lb, I'm 5'8, my Goal is to get back under 154lb if possible and then start getting some Muscle
Today I'm 187lb (still 5'8 :p)
Nice to see so much positive progress!
Keep it going. Hopefully some of it will jump off on me.
